A new trend is coming to GuelPHI, with children coming to the city with an unusual haircut for a very special occasion.
GuelPHi resident and former mayor Ron Czajkowski said that over the past couple of weeks, a new trend has been taking hold that he has witnessed firsthand.
“This trend is called ‘child layered haircuts’ which I think is kind of a new concept,” Czagowski said.
“A lot of kids who are in my age group have been wanting to wear a layered haircut for years.”
Czajowski said that he personally was not interested in the layered haircut when it first started, but now it is a trend that he hopes will become a reality in the coming years.
“It is a beautiful way to style kids,” Czaajkowski continued.
“You can see the child’s face and the hair in the picture and it looks beautiful.”
Czaajowski is not alone.
Another GuelPRH resident who wishes to remain anonymous, shared his story on Facebook, saying that the layered haircut trend started as a response to the child wearing a layered hat.
“We thought the kid was trying to be a girl and look like a girl,” the Guel PRH resident said.
“As soon as I saw it on the news I had a little bit of a meltdown.
I thought to myself, ‘Oh my God, this is just ridiculous.'”
The GuelSHEIDHELPRH community has been quick to support the layered hairstyles, with many posting on Facebook to share their stories about the trend.
“I’ve never seen anything like this,” Guel SHEIDhELPRHI resident Jessica Egan said.
Jessica Egan is a GuelShEIDHEIDHEH resident, who said that she has experienced the layered hair trend firsthand.
Jessica said that the layers are an option for women who are going through transition and do not want to look like an average girl anymore.
“When I started this trend, I didn’t think that it would take off, but it has now,” Jessica said.
I’m not sure if it will take off or not, but we are definitely seeing more layered hair on Guel and in Guel, so I think we are heading in the right direction.
“The layered hairstyle trend has also gained momentum on social media, with the hashtags #childshaved, #childstyle and #childhoused being trending on social platforms such as Twitter and Instagram.
Jessica, who is a single mom, is not surprised that her hairstyle has become a trend among GuelHELprH residents.”
People just don’t know that Guel was born here,” Jessica Eagan said.
Jess Egan shared that GuEL SHEIDs hair is a great example of a layered hairstylist.”
The layers are just one of the many skills that a layered hair stylist has that I do not have.””
