A 24-year-old woman has been arrested after allegedly cutting off her child’s hair in a Woodbury park, police said.
The woman was arrested Friday night at a home in the 7200 block of Woodbury Drive, said Sgt. James K. Kucher, a Woodburys police spokesman.
Police said the child was with the mother at the time.
Kucher said the suspect is the mother’s daughter.
The suspect was arrested for assault and battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, he said.
